Hi-Tec Building Services is the 3rd largest commercial cleaning service in Michigan. They have over 500 employees and a 50 year history. Hi-Tec has a lot going for them. They just needed a sales tool to match. We were able to concept and design the art, write the copy (Reese Creative), and shoot original photography (David Chandler Photography) for a handy, envelope-sized, overview brochure.
